This three-level market hall provides a dedicated space for farmers' markets, food vendors, commercial retail, and public gathering. Cast from locally sourced rammed earth, the structure is organized into two primary wings that flank a large outdoor public plaza designed to host public events and encourage community interaction.
The ground floor houses a vibrant food hall and retail shops featuring mobile vendor stalls, while the second and third levels serve administrative functions and offer office space. Complementing these functions, each wing also features a third-floor restaurant with views overlooking the plaza, capping off a multi-layered destination centered on food, culture, and sustainable community growth.
