Ecovista's is an earth sheltered community where landscaped olive tree terraces and orchards are woven into the Architecture blurring the line between the built and the un built environment allowing for a seemingly invisible coexisting of both. This approach will help minimize the visual impact of the community and maximize intimacy between the people, the site and its abundant offerings. With buildings taking less of the Earth and giving more to people and community.

This "Non Architecture" approach focuses on living inside out and places great emphasis on natural lighting, thermal protection and engaging all our senses beyond the visual.

The property is blessed with unique beauty partaking of both mountain and coast. Just as unique, is the climate—one of the most enviable on Earth—with languorous mild summers and clear mild winters, where roses bloom, orange blossoms fill whole valleys with fragrance in March, and outdoor activities are rarely spoiled by weather events…

The site is abundant with sunshine and light, good soil and many natural resources upon which to draw due to the fortunate confluence of geography and climate. The goal is to develop an aesthetic for the area that is rich in its relationship to this place and time and is evolved out of it.
